Experience:

Cecile, originally from the Philippines, has served with Campus Crusade for Christ for 39 years. She is currently a member of the Vice President’s Team with the role of Country Coach for 4 countries in Latin America and the Caribbean. She has served in the areas of Operations and Human Resources in previous years. Cecile is a Certified Family Life Educator (CFLE) with the NCFR in the US, and is a faculty mentor and registrar at UNILID and the International Leadership Consortium (ILC). She also volunteers as head of department of Family Life Education at OASIS Institute of Higher Learning in Trinidad. She is involved in research on couple relationship education and has published in an edited book on family life education in the southern Caribbean.

Experience:

Carlos has served as the National Team Leader for the ministry of Cru in Colombia. He has worked with the Area Leadership Team for Cru in Latin America and the Caribbean, providing leadership in the Ministry Partner Development process. He also has taught Philosophy of Christianity at the Universidad del Valle in Cali, Colombia.
His major areas of research and interest are Science and Religion, Philosophy of science, Christian Worldview and Apologetics.

Experience:

Dean has served as a staff member of Cru (formerly Campus Crusade for Christ) since 1961. He and his wife were the first International Representatives of Cru in October, 1966. He was a member of the faculty for the first continental staff training in Mexico in 1969-70. He pioneered Cru’s ministry in Puerto Rico in 1972 and, together with his wife, founded the Institutes of Biblical Studies in Latin America in 1981. He has served as well in a number of other capacities.

 

In 1994 Dean, along with the then-Director of Cru in Latin America, founded UNILID. Currently he is the Dean and a faculty member of UNILID, helping to develop masters-level CBTE (Competency Based Theological Education) studies, and teaching and serving as a mentor to a number of students.

 

Dean is a native of Detroit, MI and has been married to his wife Janet for 60 years. They have one adult daughter and a grandson.

Experience:

Janet served with Cru for 62 years. She has developed and taught various courses for the Institute of Biblical Studies in many countries in Latin America (Christian Family, Biblical Counseling, Bible Study Methods, Church History). She also taught in the Wives’ Program at the International School of Theology developing two courses (Bible Study Methods and Biblical Counseling). She translated and adapted the Seven Laws of the Learner and facilitated this seminar to hundreds of professors and church leaders, and served as a trainer for Walk Thru the Bible facilitators in Latin America. She has much experience in mentoring and continues to be actively involved in that capacity with a number of women in several countries.

Experience:

Ted has served as a staff member of Cru for over twenty years in a variety of roles related to ministry and theological education. He spent eight years in campus ministry in Melbourne, Australia and five years at Cru's headquarter in Orlando serving in the area of leadership development and on the Institute of Biblical Studies team. Currently, Ted resides in Quito, Ecuador serving as the director of biblical and theological development for Cru Ecuador and on Cru's biblical and theological development team for Latin America and the Caribbean. In addition, he is a team member and mentor for the UNILID/Kairos University Masters of Arts program and also has been instrumental in the development of Cru's online learning platform for theological education in Latin America and the Caribbean.

Experience:

Deivi, a native of Venezuela, has served with Cru for more than 20 years. He helped pioneer the Cru Campus Ministry in Venezuela between 2003-2015. He has served as a part of the Global Campus Strategy since 2016 giving leadership to the development of Cru’s staff and university ministries around the world.

Deivi currently lives in Florida with his wife Yanina and their three children. He enjoys practicing sports, reading and movies.

Experience:

Eric has served with Cru for over 40 years and has taught courses in the areas of Bible survey and interpretation, Theology and Christian Worldview in more than a dozen countries of Latin America and the Caribbean. He has helped to develop and implement a training program for new Cru missionaries, facilitated Sharpening your Interpersonal Skills (tm) workshops, and led seminars on the Fatherhood of God. He has served in leadership roles in local churches (deacon, elder) and in a large Christian school (Board of Directors). He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. with Kairos University. Eric is married and has three children and three grandchildren.
