UNILID believes that education involves more than equipping students with knowledge, valuable as that is.  To function well as a Christian leader, a person must also acquire  specific sckills appropriate for their role or calling and develop character qualities which enable him or her to serve with professional and relational integrity.  Our academic programs are designed to help you achieve the competencies you need to flourish as a leader and contribute effectively to God's work in your context.

As a student, you will work with a mentor or mentor team to orient your learning to your specific situation and put what you're learning into action.  UNILID also encourages students to work together in groups or learning communities wherever practical.
